Founder story
Reclaiming the name, rewriting the meaning.
Pissy Chrissy Clothing Co. was created by Chris, a person with mental health issues, specifically Bi-Polar Disorder. Growing up with huge mood swings, I was always bullied and coined the name Pissy Chrissy. I used to be ashamed of my diagnosis, but decided to own it, I am no longer ashamed by who I am, but embrace it. My logo is a C with a smile in it. The C is my name, the smile is a small curve, not a full grin. Mental Health Branding often lies with a giant smile. This one tells the truth about size: sometimes that's all there is, and it still counts.

That honesty became the mission: create mental health awareness you can actually wear — pieces that feel real, supportive, and unafraid.
